Abstract
Former actor Fred Paul's silent screen version of Wilde's Lady Windermere's Fan is a real historical curio. This version features a score specially commissioned by the British Film Institute, composed and conducted by Nicholas Brown and performed by piano trio Triptych. Ft. Ruth Herbert - piano; Oliver Lewis - vln; Jonathan Few - 'cello.
