Abstract
In this workshop for the SEDA Spring Conference, delegate played the University of Kent educational development activity Student Success Snakes and Ladders. This involved delegates stepping into the shoes of students to journey through HE, encountering snakes and ladders along the way, drawn from University of Kent longitudinal research (Hensby, Adewumi and Kolajo, 2024). Before sliding down any snakes, they were prompted to identify strategies and solutions to support students to progress towards success, collaborating with each other to enhance practice (Advance HE, 2023).
