Abstract
This text targets the issue of ‘challenging behaviour’, framed in terms of the strain that such behaviours can place upon family life. It has been written by two parent/practitioners with a long history of managing said behaviours with children on all ‘levels’ of the spectrum, and written for an audience of those facing similar issues, through offering practical strategies for ‘resolving’ such behaviour through the use of a ‘low arousal approach’.
