Abstract
The 8th Symposium of Young Poultry Scientists in Poland was held on 9-11 June 1994. These symposia have been organised since 1984 on the initiative of the WPSA Polish Branch and have stimulated interest from many poultry researchers and practitioners both in Poland and abroad, as can be seen from the constantly growing number of applications and presented reports. Participants must be not more that 35 years old, or not less than 50 years 'young'.
