Lucid Dream – Music for Fretless Guitars

This album explores the rich array of timbral possibilities afforded by the fretless guitar. Every note, sound and 'noise' featured on this album was created using either a fretless electric or fretless classical guitar. Some tracks are performed by the duo 'as live' and others take advantage of various degrees of studio manipulation and/or overdubbing. Lucid Dream reflects a comprehensive examination of the fretless guitar and is the result of a unique and innovative collaborative process between two world-class artists, each residing on different sides of the world, which lasted for one year.
