Abstract

Fmoc-Lys-2-HYNIC-Boc and related derivatives have been synthesised and evaluated for chelation with technetium-99m. Fmoc-Lys-2-HYNIC-Boc was found to be as effective a chelator as the established 6-HYNIC derivative.
