Paleography paper on A.3.16 ‘De Consensu Evangelistarum Libri Quatuor / The Harmony of the Gospels’ from Rochester Cathedral’s hidden collection, completed in May 2016. The paper includes a detailed description of contents (including opening and closing lines from the seven books encompassed in the manuscript, as well as incipits and explicits), description and discussion of the physical characteristics, as well as a very detailed description of the 12th century binding. The paper also discusses provenance and the readers of the manuscript.
