Abstract

A review of the RIBA’s recent research symposium ‘The Design Quality Proposition: ensuring and communicating design quality in architectural practice’. Focusing on three case studies; Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge, Royal Road Housing in London, Wilkinson Primary School in Wolverhampton; the articles explores what constitute design quality and how it can be measured.
