Abstract
An architectural response to 'The Violet Hour', a film curated and produced by Professor Amy de la Haye of the Centre for Fashion Curation, London College of Fashion and made by the animator Katerina Athanasopoulou - part of the '1914 Now' series commissioned by Professor Alison Moloney, London College of Fashion. The chapter looks as Edwardian domestic design immediately before the First World War.
