Abstract
The Kent and Sussex Education Consortia have recently commissioned a project to develop a framework for post-registration education for PAMs and clinical psychologists. This paper raises some issues about the development of a successful model that can meet the service needs of a rapidly changing health-care environment and the professional needs of a diverse range of professional groups.
