Abstract
In this presentation we show how the integration of BPR and Systems Development can be done through the use of meta-models. We present the way that this integration can be achieved by unifying Evolutionary Development and Evolutionary Delivery methods of system development into one model, the Evolutionary Development and Delivery model; a meta-model that provides a more evolutionary approach to BPR. We show how the use of meta-models can lead to better understanding of processes and thus to their improvement. We conclude by stating the implications of our analysis.
