Abstract

We demonstrate the feasibility of using in-fibre Bragg gratings to measure MHz acoustic fields and temperature simultaneously. We achieved a noise-limited pressure resolution of approximate to 4.5 X 10(-4) Atm/root Hz and a temperature resolution of 0.2 degrees C. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
