Abrams, Dominic, Goodbun, Katie, Walton, Sarah (2023) Educating Against Prejudice: The impact of the Anne Frank Trust UK. Anne Frank Trust UK, UK, 36 pp. (KAR id:114849)

Abstract

This report presents an evaluation of the Anne Frank Trust UK’s national education programme aimed at addressing antisemitism as well as prejudice to other groups, and promoting social inclusion in schools. It examines the programme’s impact on young people’s attitudes, knowledge, and behaviours relating to diversity and discrimination. The findings demonstrate consistent positive changes in empathy, understanding of prejudice, and willingness for contact with people from a range of social groups. The report underscores the role of structured educational approaches in fostering long-term attitudinal change and supporting inclusive school cultures.
