Abstract

Catherine Loveday spoke at the London hearing of the Airspace Tribunal at Doughty Street Chambers on 21 September 2018. The hearing considered the case for and against a proposed new human right to protect the freedom to live without physical or psychological threat from above. The text below is an edited transcript of her evidence, followed by questions from Counsel to the Tribunal, Kirsty Brimelow KC.

Loveday then further expands on the psychological and physiological impacts of threat and violence from above in conversation with Shona Illingworth and Andrew Hoskins.
