Abstract
This work was led by Smith in order to make the best use of a new satellite, the Spitzer space telescope, with which he is a co-investigator on several observational campaigns. In this paper, we analysed bow shocks and computer simulations of protostellar jets to extract predictions for how Spitzer would observe to outflowing material. It provides essential predictions, since confirmed in all observations of outflows. (Impact Factor: 5.352)
