Abstract

Ese Eja see white-lipped peccaries (ño’), as their temporarily transformed emanokuana, deceased relatives. Through inter-relationships with the peccaries, we witness how Amazonians hold relational perspectives of the world that resonate with contemporary critical posthumanist philosophy and move away from the social boundaries of androcentrism in the past, present and future.
