Abstract
In this issue, we present insights from the range of papers accepted. These papers not only shed light on different technology strategies in emerging economies but also explored how emerging economies can learn from other economies in terms of amassing resources and expertise to improve access to new technologies and bridging the technology divide. We offer some vital questions and a new research agenda for the wider domain of technology policy and business strategy.
