Abstract

In collaboration with local providers, South Kent Coast (SKC) CCG have been developing programmes focusing on supporting integrated health and social care initiatives. A research team at CHSS introduced a light touch” evaluations to address the following aims and objectives:

1. Help SKC CCG and local providers to develop in-house evaluation skills

2. Enable the continuous improvement of initiatives by producing timely evidence identifying strengths and weaknesses

3. Create transferable information through this evidence and the associated evidence scans to key stakeholders in SKC
