Abstract

A number of WWW features such as the ability to have multimedia documents, the simplicity of HTML syntax and the Web's networked structure make the adoption of HTML based materials attractive as the basis for constructing effective courseware. With this in mind, we have developed a high quality CBL system for the VLSI design where the courseware authored in HTML has the ability to control the ChipWise VLSI CAD system.
