Abstract
Meta Oversight Board was considering a critical case and inviting expert commentary on the impact of deepfake pornography and non-consensual intimate image sharing. The Meta Oversight Board focuses on promoting free expression by making principled, independent decisions regarding content on Facebook and Instagram and by issuing recommendations on the relevant Facebook company content policies.
