Abstract
This chapter positions postfeminism in the various strands of feminist thinking within the area of work and organizations, interrogating the use made of this critical concept. Whereas there is quite an impressive history of discussions on postfeminism in fields such as sociology, media studies and cultural studies, the take-up in the field of organization studies has been much slower and is only beginning to unfold. In this chapter postfeminism in organizations is the object of study and we explore it from different feminist perspectives drawn on in organization studies.
