Abstract
This report provides an overview of the progress of the two Early Intervention Pilot Project Sites established in 2004. It will outline staff and site profiles. describe the different interagency and interprofessional process issues that occurred as part of the project development, including how challenges were overcome. provide a statistical description of referral source, the client group and the outcomes of interventions at the Thanet pilot project, based on the database developed as part of the evaluation. give recommendations based on lessons learned and future aspirations.
