Abstract

<p>This paper describes a new initiative to engage older people in the development of policy in relation to services, designed to be of help to them. This is the Older People’s Inquiry into Low Level Support, funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. The paper describes other past and continuing efforts to engage older people in the development and implementation of services of relevance to them.
